We made our decision after approaching other builders and felt they were not encompassing our personal preferences and had extended building programmes. KITCO impressed us with Ben from the get-go as his prompt response to our initial emails and phone calls. He got us a very realistic estimate right away and made us feel very comfortable in knowing that it was possible for us to continue with the building process. KITCO respected our concept design we provided and included our preferences effortlessly with no complicated processes or contracts, blown-out variations or contingency costs. The modular built concept had no restrictions to our design and, met our budget expectations and made the onsite build time efficient without compromise meeting all programme schedules. Refreshing that a builder was continually communicating and requesting our feedback at all stages of the build and including us in all decision making.
