Business summary
We’ve built several times, and this was one of the smoothest builds we’ve ever experienced. The organisation and communication were top notch, and I was consistently impressed by this builder’s attention to detail and quality of craftsmanship. It’s refreshing to have a builder with integrity, who actually cares about the quality of the product he’s delivering. Jacob had a can-do attitude – his catch phrase was “anything is possible!” I always felt like I could talk to him and bring ideas to the table, and instead of shutting me down or saying it wouldn’t work, he would make it happen with creativity and problem solving. This was a fast and stress-free build, and the result is an absolutely beautiful home that is admired by everyone who sees it.
