Business summary
• After we have received the above information, we will provide you with a design proposal and a cost estimate range (please note this is not your final quote). • If you would like to proceed with the design and quote, we will send you a preliminary agreement and we will get to work. • The floor plan and elevations will then go through approval stages and once the design is locked in, we will then provide you with a costing for your dream home design. • We will work on the quotation, adding or changing inclusions etc until everything is perfect and ready to start the construction stage. This will be an estimate that is subject to change upon receiving more documentation from consultants such as a geotechnical report, structural design, and BASIX.
