Business summary
The main purpose of a building inspection is to observe and identify any major defects to your structure. This might include leaking, structural damage, drainage problems, and any other design defects that might cause you problems now and in the future. We’ll search your property from top to bottom and provide a detailed report on the condition of your dwelling. We offer two main types of inspections… new home inspections (for those building or developing), and site inspections (to monitor the progress and quality of the builder’s work). Since we operate in accordance with NSW standards, you can learn more about the entire inspection checklist here.
