Business summary
Living Green Designer Homes was recommended by my architect who had worked with them previously. From the 1st meeting I appreciated their frank assessment of costs, their knowledge and suggestions. This created trust something which was enhanced through the project. They presented a detailed budget and reported against the budget as the building progressed but more importantly made recommendations to achieve great quality at best value without impacting the design integrity. Any design issues were dealt directly between myself and the team as my architect had retired. At every stage their communication and advice were 1st class, friendly and informed. Their dealings with difficult Council issues was professional and successful. Hand over was in August 2025. Any minor issues since then, they have dealt with immediately and without question The team i now count as friends I recommend them 100%
