Convert a single garage to a self contained studio with bathroom, kitchen, integrated laundry and attic storage. The project was sheeted in asbestos and we had it removed by a licensed asbestos contractor and then installed new sarking and cladding. Includes timber framing, insulation, plasterboard, tiled flooring, skirtings, architraves, cavity sliding door, new aluminium sliding entry door and bathroom window, painted internally and externally, air conditioning, attic ladder and sheeted attic for storage, external drainage for rainwater. (appliances supplied by the client).
