New Style Build and Construct Canberra & Help for the Needy

Business summary

I highly recommend Anthony Joseph for any building or renovation work. Over seven months, he transformed my severely dilapidated terrace at 49 Mill Hill Road, Bondi Junction into a modern, high-quality home. The project required major demolition, structural rebuilding, and adherence to exacting architectural tolerances, all of which Anthony delivered with exceptional skill and commitment. Anthony was reliable, hardworking, and highly organised, starting early, managing subcontractors effectively, and maintaining excellent communication with myself and the architect. He kept the project on budget and on schedule, handling the many challenges of an 1888 home with flexibility and good humour. The result exceeded expectations. Neighbours praised both the craftsmanship and professionalism on site. The home rented within a week at the asking price, a testament to the quality of Anthony’s workmanship.I cannot recommend him highly enough for his dedication, skill, and professionalism.
